I have a fascination with what we choose to surround ourselves with, to share, and what we ultimately leave behind. My artwork begins with my collection of found photographs. I transform snippets of time through an intuitive practice of adding graphic color in an attempt to wrap my head around the complexities of time, memory, nostalgia, and loss in a playful way. My paintings are a collaboration between the past and the present, creating new memories for us to share.
